The Humanity Gallery is a public art project conceived and developed by Heather Gordon Young. It was a project Heather worked on with her dad, the late Jim Young, in the weeks they spent together before he died in March of 2013. The Humanity Gallery invites all visitors to celebrate and share the ordinary experiences of being human.
It creates a space for each of us to contribute and share the ordinary moments of our lives and to marvel in the miracle of inhabiting the planet together.
The Humanity Gallery seeks submissions in all Exhibitions through simple digital photos (or scans of old photos) and a brief accompanying story or description of the photo. To contribute, all you need is a way to email a digital image.
The focus is not on the quality of the photo, though we encourage you to be creative and visual, rather the focus is on sharing the moment or the story. Please learn more about the Humanity Gallery
